The winery is located in Dentecane – Pietradefusi. The cellar is dug deep underground to best preserve the aging and maturing processes of wine. This is the production area where Mimmo brings grapes traditionally harvested to be selected and treated; the vinification (the process?) continues in steel tanks at controlled temperatures and in French oak barrels for red wines. The business services, the showroom and the tasting room are located on the ground floor.
